Symptoms

When attempting to Early terminate the lease the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Error: There are approved schedules containing items for this term. Please unapprove schedules in the affected period before the action.


STEPS
-----------------------
1. PN Responsibility
2. Leases and Documents —>Main Leases —>Enter Leases and Documents—>Query/Find the lease
3. Click the Amend button —->Enter the Early termination details
