Duplicate IGT Order - PO_CUSTOM_VALIDATIONS is Not Getting Called (Doc ID 2939342.1)

Goal

While duplicating an IGT Order, New Order Number is entered on 'Duplicate IGT Purchase Order Page' (/oracle/apps/po/document/common/webui/DuplicateDocumentPG). But once the "Duplicate" button is clicked, PO_CUSTOM_VALIDATIONS is not called to validate SEGMENT1.
There are validations in PO_CUSTOM_VALIDATIONS.VALIDATE_IGT_DOC to validate SEGMENT1 (Order Number),
but when duplicating an IGT Order, this functionality does not work. It works when a new IGT Order is created, instead of duplicating.
