The upload process has completed with the following status:
     Upload validation aborted
     # rows(s) failed validation, and 0 row(s) successfully uploaded.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE ISSUE
---------------------------------------
1. Using a General Ledger responsibility.
2. Navigate to Journals -> Launch Journal Wizard.
3. Choose the custom layout and generate the document.
4. Once document is generated enter the data needed including:

Reversal Journal field showing Yes/No from the List of Values (LOV) - Select Yes
Reversal Period/Date field LOV not showing values, type the value in manually as mon-yy, after manually entering this value it changes to d-Mon-yy automatically.

Note: the Reversal Period/Date field list of values does not provide any values and the period must be manually typed in to be provided to the field.

5. Select Upload and note the validation error:

 Enter a Valid Reversal Period

Other items to note:

This has not worked in the past and is a new setup.
