Symptoms

OM Command Center Data Load Program completed in Error.
After completion of OM configuration user tried to run program "OM Command Center Data Load Program" with Full load but completed with error.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform necessary OM configuration for ECC
2. Submit OM Command Center Data Load Program
3: Parameter- Full Load
