Worklist Not Appearing On The Home Page After Applying Several Patches (Doc ID 293992.1)

Symptoms

After applying a series of patches users are not able to see the Worklist on the first screen of
self-service apps, they have to click on the link of the Workflow responsibility and then click on
Notifications to see the notifications pending of response

This did not happen before applying some patches.

Changes

The following patches were applied

3671463 (OA Framework 5.7H V-6+),
2737099 (OAM.G),
3119911 (OAM.G Rollup A),
3868138 (OWF.G Rollup 7)
