Saving iProc Shopping Cart Fails With Error "Message Not Found. Application: GMS, Message Name: GMS_UNDEFINED_EXCEPTION" (Doc ID 2940142.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.9 version, iProcurement  Shopping Cart

When saving shopping cart in iProcurement, an Oracle Grants Accounting error message appears at the top of the page as follows:

Error:
Message not found. Application: GMS, Message Name: GMS_UNDEFINED_EXCEPTION. Tokens:

FND Debug log shows the exception as follows:

   icx.por.common.server.ErrorUtil 1 doErrorMapping: Exception is OAAttrValException at index=0
   icx.por.common.server.ErrorUtil 1 mapAttrValException: Mapped attrName=AwardNumber
   icx.por.common.server.ErrorUtil 1 mapAttrValException: Mapped dist to line.

   icx.por.common.server.ErrorUtil 1 mapAttrValException:

   Application: GMS, Message Name: GMS_UNDEFINED_EXCEPTION. Tokens:

When the error occurs, the Award field remains with value DEFAULT and the Award number is not populated as expected.

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log into iProcurement responsibility
2. Add the item on the shopping cart.
3. Click on 'View Cart and Checkout'
4. When done entering the information, click SAVE
5. The error occurs and Award field remains with value DEFAULT
