When attempting to receive RMA transactions the following error occurs:

ERROR

RMA Receipt
rvtptcontrol failed.
RVTII-030: SUBROUTINE rvtiicreate() returned error



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User
2. Navigate: Orders Workbench, Order Organizer > Enter and Book a sales order with an order type associated to the order category "Return".
3. See The line is at the status "Awaiting return".
4. Responsibility: Inventory / Manufacturing Super User  
5. Navigate: Enter Receipt form, in the Customer tab, enter the RMA number.
6. Enter necessary information to perform the receipt for the RMA and save.
7. Receive Error: rvtptcontrol failed RVTII-030: SUBROUTINE rvtiicreate() returned error
