Symptoms


When attempting to process ‘OM Command Center Returns Data Load’ the following error occurs.


Error: Unable to derive currency from OM_ECC_RETURNS_CURRENCY. Please set the profile value.
          Please fix the errors in this log file and re-run the concurrent program.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: XXXX Operation
2. Navigation: View * Request. Click on the submit new Request
3. Select the Name ‘OM Command Center Returns Data Load’
4. Enter required parameter > Run
4. ERROR : Unable to derive currency from OM_ECC_RETURNS_CURRENCY
