ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Not able to view function 'Enter BOE Agent India' after adding it in the menu attached with a responsibility.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Function must be visible under the responsibility after adding it in the attached menu.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to System Administrator Responsibility.
2. Application-> Menu.
3. Search for Menu attached with 'India Local Payables' responsibility.
4. Add function 'Enter BOE Agent India' in menu & switch to 'India Local Payables' Responsibility.
