Symptoms

Unable to View Material Summary Form on Batch Details form when using a custom responsibility

STEPS
--------

  1. From a custom responsibility, navigate to Batch Details (Production Supervisor > Batch Details) and retrieve a batch.
  2. From an ingredient or product line, go to the Inventory menu and select Material Summary
  3. The Material Workbench is not displayed
