Create Accounting process failed to complete and left journals in Final Status.

Standard process to pass events stuck in Final status is to run Transfer Journal Entries to GL Process.

Both the XLAACCUP: Accounting Program logfile and the XLAGLTRN: Transfer Journal Entries to GL logfile fail with error:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: run from Concurrent Manager with default parameters
