Performance Issue When Attempting to View Errors in the Order Import Correction Form (Doc ID 2941406.1)

When opening the Order Import Correction form and clicking on error button to see the error details, it is taking over 15 minutes for the errors to show.
If any order has been booked and order lines have been closed, then all message lines are present in these two tables (OE_PROCESSING_MSGS and OE_PROCESSING_MSGS_TL)

How can records in the OE_PROCESSING_MSGS and OE_PROCESSING_MSGS_TL tables be purged in order to improve performance?
