Error While Performing Claims Saved Search In Trade Management: The value xxxxx specified for the item custacctldfv is an invalid number (Doc ID 2941936.1)

Symptoms

After modifying a Saved Search for claims, Trade Management user gets the following an error while performing the search:

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.oaexception the value DD-MON-YYYY specified for the item custacctldfv is an invalid number

 

From logs the following error stack is shown:

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login with Responsibility: Oracle Trade Management User

2. Navigation: Channel Revenue Management -> Claims

3. Click on PERSONALIZE button to see all the saved searches

4. Modify a saved search by clicking on the pencil under 'Update'.

5. Modify search criteria to something similar to the following:

Search Criteria:  Match: All

Customer is XXXX
Claim Type is New Store Discounts
Claim Status is Closed
GL Date after 01-May-2019
GL Date before 10-Mar-2023

6. Save/Apply and try to execute the search.
