Symptoms
When attempting to create Miscellaneous Receipts after upgrade from 12.2.11 to 12.2.12, the following error occurs:
Please correct the activity GL account assignment.
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Receipts > Receipts
1. Create a new Miscellaneous Receipt > Enter a Receivable Activity
2. Save

Upgrade from 12.2.11 to 12.2.12
