Applies to:
Oracle Payroll - Version 12.2 HRMS RUP16 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
After an assignment is transferred from one payroll to another, payroll actions are not displayed correctly in the Assignment Process Results form. Payroll actions for the new payroll are displayed under the old payroll. The Payroll Archive action is displayed under both the old and new payrolls.
For example, an assignment's payroll was changed from OLD Payroll to NEW Payroll effective from 09-JAN-2023. Both payrolls have the same payroll calendar.
Steps:
1. Payroll was run for OLD Payroll for Date Earned 1/5/23, Date Paid 1/12/23. The assignment was not processed.
2. Payroll was run for NEW Payroll for Date Earned 1/5/23, Date Paid 1/12/23. The assignment *was* processed. This is expected
3. View > Assignment Process Results. Datetrack to 1/9/23. Payroll shows as NEW Payroll, but only the Payroll Archive processes from OLD and NEW payrolls are displayed. Expected to see all payroll actions from NEW Payroll.
4. View > Assignment Process Results > Datetrack to 1/8/23. Payroll shows as OLD Payroll, and see all payroll actions from both OLD Payroll and NEW payroll. Expected to see only actions from OLD Payroll.
Steps:
