When attempting to return to the Notifications Worklist after reviewing the Surrogate Offer notification details, there is no option to return.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When attempting to return to the Notifications Worklist after reviewing the Surrogate Offer notification details, there is an option to return.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into E-Business Suite
2. Open Sourcing responsibility, open a Surrogate Offer notification and click on the Return on Notification Details. After accessing the details page, there is no option to return to the notification.
