Oracle Business Network (OBN) Date/time Stamp For Invoice Inbound (Doc ID 2942646.1)

It appears that Oracle Business Network (OBN) may have wrong date/time stamp since the OBN maintenance window on 3/26. The data in Peoplesoft shows the time is off by 5 hours. This makes it difficult for the users to match up transactions from OBN to the PeopleSoft environment.

The last transaction has a time stamp on it from 16:55 and it is currently 11:55. 6 hours off.

Has there been any change in OBN data and timestamp handling?
