Symptoms

 Payment Process Requests Page Search is Timing Out.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Responsibility: Oracle Payables
2. Path: Payment Manager: Payment Process Requests
3. Choose advanced Search (right side)
4. Search usijng Created Date then choose Add another and add the Status field
5. Choose either 'Failed Payment Valdiation' or 'Failed Document Validation' then choose GO and wait

Form hangs on query and then returns error:

Failure at Web Server Bridge: No back end server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.

NOTE:
Tried with Disable self service personalization option but still same error happens.
The issue does NOT occur using other fields (like Created by User) to search instead of Created Date
neither using the Advanced Search (regular search using Payment Date or Status).
