Change Order Detail Report Displays A Negative Value Instead Of Null For User Defined Attribute (UDA) Value Changed To Null (Doc ID 2943021.1)

Symptoms

The Change Order Detail Report showing attribute value as some Negative value instead of Null, When a UDA value was changed to NULL using Change Order.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Development Manager, Create an Attribute Group ABC and add a attribute group ABC With Number Data Type, UOM Class= Area
(N): Development Manager > Setup > Setup Workbench > Navigate to Attribute Group tab > Click on Create
2. Associate the Attribute Group to the Item Catalog category(ICC)
3. Create a page for the Attribute Group
4. Create an Item
5. Set value for the attribute to some xx Square meter(UOM=Some value other than base value of UOM)
6. Create a Change Order, In the Change Order, set the attribute value to YY Square meter and again update it to ZZ Square meter
7. Remove any value for that attribute(nullify it)
8. Implement the CO and then generate the Change Order Detail report.
(N): Development Manager > Change Management > Change Simple Search > search with Change Order > then select Generate Report from the Actions and Click Go
