RFQ Response XML Generated 0 Byte When Quote By Spreadsheet For RFQ Response (Doc ID 2943060.1)

Symptoms


When supplier tries to generate the Quote by spreadsheet to enter the response, it generates zero byte file.

Spreadsheet .txt file generated fine and issue seen with XML only.
Issue seen with some RFQs only.

STEPS
-------------------
 1. Go to Create Quote xxxxx: Quote By Spreadsheet (RFQ xxxx)
  Step 1:Export Spreadsheet
  - XML Spreadsheet - Light-Weight Style (.xml)
  - export

2. Output file generated with 0 bye
