ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) agent is triggering autoconfig on many EBS instances.
Oracle Application Management Pack (AMP) has been recently installed and setup for E-Business Suite monitoring.
After the setup, noticed oemadmin agent (os user oemadmin) is triggering autoconfig on many EBS instances.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

oemadmin agent should not trigger autoconfig on the EBS instances automatically.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install and setup AMP for EBS monitoring.
2. Created new os user as oemadmin.
3. Setup and added EBS targets in OEM console and discovered the targets.
4. And then noticed that autoconfig is triggered randomly on application nodes as oemadmin user.
