Accidentally Deleted/Rollback Prior Pay Period NACHA (Magnetic Transfer) Process (Doc ID 2943581.1)

On : 12.2.11 version, US Payroll Reports - General

The April 9th Magnetic .mf for NACHA for weekly payroll was deleted in error.
The April 16th weekly payroll has already been processed.

How to reinstate the NACHA Magnetic Transfer file which has already been sent to the bank from prior weekly payroll process.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Using US SUPER HRMS Manager or Equivalent.

2. Submitted the Concurrent Programs >  Payroll, Prepayment and Payroll Archive.

3. Submitted the Concurrent Program for NACHA.

4. Filed NACHA file .mf  with the bank(s) for weekly Payroll with check date of April 9th.

5  Submitted the Concurrent Program > Costing Process.

6. Submitted the Single Request > Transfer to General Ledger.

7. From View > Payroll Process Results > the NACHA file for April 9th was erroneously deleted.



 Deleted the NACHA .mf from prior pay period.
