In Site Hub Create Import Formats Options Are Missing In Attribute Groups LOV (Doc ID 2943595.1)

Actual Behavior
Import formats options are limited.  User would like to create import formats so that users can use those templates and do bulk uploads if needed. When User tried to explore the options they see only Primary attributes are available for all the site purposes we selected.  Would need other attributes as well to be able to create templates.


Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Site Management Administrator > Setup > Sites
2. Select Import Formats, Create
