OTL Custom Workflow not Cancelling When Timecard Is Updated and Resubmitted (Doc ID 294388.1)

Symptoms

You are using the OTL Custom Workflow shell to customize an approval process and you changed the OTL Approval Style to accept the new workflow.

When OTL uses the HR Approval Style via the seeded workflow, and when a time card is updated and re-submitted, any active workflows relating to the timecard are cancelled before a new workflow is launched.

The cancellation process does not work for the custom Workflow. The workflow allows the user to resubmit timecards, but it does not cancel the previous workflow. Therefore, multiple workflows relating to the same timecard are open at the same time.
