Symptoms

User is not able to login successfully/completely into Oracle Mobile Field Service(OMFS) and perform any work.
After login installation progress shows only 40% and it will be stuck for long time.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. OMFS Client application showing 40% Applying database records
2. Taking time to complete the installation Struck.
