Symptoms
After upgrade, new effectivities are not saving in PM Program which has reached the threshold value.
The act of adding a new effectivity entry is not adding to the total count in the database, and its also not giving an error when you attempt to add a duplicate.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. When PMs are generated, the new entries are not picked up.
2. Not showing in the list
3. Also no.of rows showing older value.
