FS_CLONE Failed with error "At least one of the required ports for patch file system is reserved in /etc/services" (Doc ID 2944659.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.8 version, When attempting to run fs_clone,

Below error reported in adop validation remote_execution_result_level.xml log

<ResultString> [ERROR]: At least one of the required ports for patch file system is reserved in /etc/services:failed</ResultString>
<Status>failed</Status>

On further research below error reported in secondary node adop validation logs

RC-50205: Error: - WLS Admin Server SSL Port is not valid while parsing: Port Value =
Context variable s_wls_admin_sslport cannot be NULL.

 


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run "adop phase=fs_clone"
