R12.2: Launch Budget Wizard Not Responding When Both Actual and Budget Selected (Doc ID 2944735.1)

When attempting to create a budget document containing both the Budget and Actual sheets, the Launch Budget Wizard in Excel is unresponsive.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to General Ledger Super Responsibility
2. Go to Budgets and select Launch Budget wizard
3. Under Selection Criteria along with Mandatory Fields, select the "Include Actuals" checkbox
4. Click on Create Document button


During the Budget Wizard document creation, User has enabled check box for "Include Actuals"
