Symptoms

The customer is trying to use the Undo Accounting feature to reverse problem items.  When clicking the 'Undo Accounting' Button, the following message is returned:

Steps to Reproduce:

1.  Project Costing Super User
2.  Expenditure | Expenditure Inquiry | Project
3.  Query up the problem expenditure item id (Trans Id)
4.  Tools drop down menu | View Accounting | Undo Accounting
