STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Fixed Assets Responsibility Query an asset with decimal cost like 0.12 and life of 12 months
2. Assets > Assets Workbench form > Books query the asset and check the Cost/Reserve.
   Assets > Assets Workbench form > Financial Information check the depreciation expense for each period
