AutoConfig Failed on Script adgentns.pl With Error "AC-50480: Internal error occurred: java.lang.Exception: Error while generating listener.ora" (Doc ID 2945607.1)

Symptoms

Autoconfig failed on script adgentns.pl while upgrading EBS from 12.1.3 to 12.2. During the upgrade Rapidwiz was ran to lay down the file system and after which autoconfig was ran explicitly.
The below error is found in the adconfig.log.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrading R12.1.3 to 12.2 by following the upgrade guide https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E26401_01/doc.122/e73540.pdf .
2. Run rapidwiz for the first time to laydown file system for EBS 12.2.
    $ cd /startCD/Disk1/rapidwiz
    $ ./rapidwiz
3. Run autoconfig.

Changes

Process of upgrading EBS from 12.1.3 to 12.2 version and executing autoconfig explicitly.
