Goal

 The New ER is Created for the Same Requirement. Bug 34546768 - ISRAEL OPEN FORMAT SOLUTION ENHANCEMENT REQUEST FOR DISPLAYING THE AMOUNT IN USD.

According to authority requirements, the report should support the company reporting currency, which in this case is USD. The solution they are heading for is using the ledger primary currency to determine the repot currency. Such a solution will give the customer the flexibility to run the report both on his leading currency by selecting the primary book or, ILS if they select the MRC book.
