Service Request Extended Attributes :Changes Made To Values Entered In Attributes Fields Cannot Be Saved

Symptoms
Extended Attributes - values entered in attributes fields cannot be removed .Once user enters values for fields like the email address and notes in the respective fields, and later remove them, again re-query the Service Request (SR), the email address and notes still show up. It allows users to remove/delete the values save it, but when we re-query the SR it shows up. It's not saving after users remove the values.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with Service Responsibility
2. Navigate to Customer Management>Contact Center form
3. Search By Service Request Number
4.In Service Request Tab Click Attributes Button
5.In Service Request Attributes page remove values for example email address and Notes and save
6. Re query service request
