Unable To Perform Move Or Complete Serialized Transactions Because the Serial Numbers Are Not Available (Doc ID 2946027.1)

Symptoms

When trying to perform serialized move or completion transactions from MSCA (Mobile Supply Chain Application) the serial numbers are not available even if they have been transacted before or have been associated to the discrete jobs.

Some of the jobs are returning the following error when entering the SN:

No Result Is Found

Other jobs may get the Serial Number returned but the SN is on the initial operation of the job instead of the operation where it got moved previously.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. [R] Mobile Manufacturing
2. [N] Transactions > Serialized Transactions > Serialized Move Transactions form
3. Try to query the Serial Number to be moved.
4. 2 situations observed:
a. The SN is not found ('No Result Is Found' message)
b. The SN is in the initial operation which is not correct.
