Symptoms
When trying to save a Supplier address, the following error is received:

Address and Site Creation - Unable to create address and sites because of the following error when trying to create the site in operating unit [<Company X> - <Operating Unit Y]: [java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: No more data to read from socket]. Either resolve this issue and try again or deselect the operating unit with the error and continue. Note: any new address requires at least one site in order to be created.

Steps to Reproduce:
- From Payables Responsibility
- (N): Suppliers > Entry > Create Supplier > Address Book > Create Address
- Save Address
- Error appears
