R12: AP: Error Received When Saving The Supplier Address: "java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: No more data to read from socket" (Doc ID 2946261.1)

Symptoms


When trying to save a Supplier address, the following error is received:

Error
Address and Site Creation - Unable to create address and sites because of the following error when trying to create the site in operating unit [<Company X> - <Operating Unit Y]: [java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: No more data to read from socket]. Either resolve this issue and try again or deselect the operating unit with the error and continue. Note: any new address requires at least one site in order to be created.

 

 Steps to Reproduce:

  1. From Payables Responsibility
  2. (N): Suppliers > Entry > Create Supplier > Address Book > Create Address
  3. Save Address
  4. Error appears
