ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Find that there is a performance problem with ECC data load OKL-AR-CM-APPL and OKL-CASH. It is running for a very long time.
okl-ar-cm-appl data set is also failing with temp space issue as its trying to get huge data.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using Lease Administrator, run ecc data load for okl-ar-cm-appl.
