Symptoms

PRC: Create Accounting is erroring for Miscellaneous Costs with the following in the output:

Error 95353

Subledger Accounting was unable to derive an accounting code combination using the account derivation rule Cost Clearing Adjustment Account Rule owned by Oracle. Please review the account derivation rule and make sure it derives a valid accounting flexfield combination for the source values passed for the transaction

Subledger Accounting was unable to derive an accounting code combination using the account derivation rule Cost Adjustment Account Rule owned by Oracle. Please review the account derivation rule and make sure it derives a valid accounting flexfield combination for the source values passed for the transaction.


The item that fails is an adjustment. 

Steps to Reproduce:

1.  Project Costing Super User
2.  Other | Requests | Run
3.  Run the PRC:  Create Accounting for process category Miscellaneous Cost
