Scheduling the BI Publisher reports able to see the below.

The issue can be reproducible at will with the following steps:

1.Login to the BIP application

2.From the Menu select New and click on Report Job.

3.In the Schedule Report Job screen

a) Click on the "General" Tab in the Report Field and Query for the Report to be scheduled

b) From the "Output" Tab Select the Format

c) From the "Schedule" Tab

Frequency - Once

4.Click on the submit button

Administration > Data Source > Connect String was changed
