Goal

Users attempt to create an order from a GT&C (General Terms and Conditions) imported from G-Invoicing by:

a. Selecting the GT&C created and note no Orders exist for this GT&C.
b. Click on the Create Orders tab and nothing happens.

The GT&C is approved and imported into Oracle EBS
