Unable to Open Transaction Links from ECC Receivables: Hmm - Can't Reach This Page (Doc ID 2946736.1)

When clicking on any transaction (invoice, receipt, adjustment) from the ECC Receivables Dashboards, a web page opens indicating that it is unable to connect.

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
: Receivables Command Center

  1. Select the Outstanding Receivables dashboard and click on any invoice link.
  2. A web page opens indicating the page cannot be reached.
  3. The issue occurs in any dashboard where a transaction link is available.
