Symptoms

When attempting to click on claim request approval,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Failure of Web Server bridge: 'No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.'

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Responsibility- Oracle Trade Management User
2. Navigation - Oracle Trade Management User -> Trade Management User -> Claim
3. Select claim from claim summary screen
4. Enter details and click on Request Approval
5. It spins and give error Failure Of Web Server Bridge on claim submission
