Symptoms
On : 12.2.6 version, Lot Costs
When attempting to run the Lot Cost Process,
the following error occurs in the concurrent manger log file for the process.

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel
The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: SELECT R.Conc_Login_Id, R.Request_Id, R.Phase_Code, R.Status_Code, P.A and was execu
APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 3114 in AFPGRG
Cause: AFPGRG failed due to ORA-03114: not connected to ORACLE.
The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: &SQLSTMT and was executed from the file &ERRFILE.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: OPM Financials
2. Navigation: Lot Costs > Lot Cost Process
3. Submit Lot cost process
4. View > Requests, Find Lot Cost Process and View Log
5. View Log file for errors.
