Claim Screen Doesn't Show Progress In Browser When Click Associate Button Or Click The Go Button In Accrual (Doc ID 2947139.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.10 version,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Claim screen doesn't show progress when click Associate button or hit the Go button in Accrual. When user creates a claim and go to accrual search section then enter the search criteria and hit Go button, the screen doesn't show any progress (like spinning/loading) but after 30 second it shows the results.

Same thing is happening with Associate button or Remove icon when tries to remove associated earnings.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Case 1. Trade Management User > Claim > Create Claim > Accrual Search > key search criteria > Click Go button
Case 2. Trade Management User > Claim > Create Claim > Accrual Search > key search criteria > Select offer code > Enter amount > Click Associate button
Case 3. Trade Management User > Claim > Create Claim > Accrual Search > key search criteria > Select offer code > Enter amount > Click Associate button > Click on Remove Icon in "Associated Accrual Details"
