Symptoms
Performing WIP Issue for the same ingredient on different steps of the batch errors with the below message.
Note: Transacting the lines one after the other works fine.
ERROR

The Transaction has failed. Another process has consumed the required material. Please delete this transaction record, close and re-open the from in order to re-enter the transaction.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Responsibility: Production Supervisor
2. Navigation: Batch Details
3. Query the Batch and go to Material Transactions
4. Try to perform WIP Issue for the same ingredient on different steps of the batch simultaneously
5. Receive the above error message.
