Symptoms
On : 12.2.10 version,
Getting error in Site Hub Site hierarchy association while adding new line in Hierarchies.
ERROR
-----------------------
Unexpected error while processing the request.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Site Management User
2. Navigate to Site Home > Sites > Select Site, click Update icon.
3. Click on Associations tab. In the Hierarchies section, populate the Parent Node.
4. Error - Unexpected error while processing the request.
Note: Might also see error, You must enter a value for HierarchyId as criteria for the List Of Values.
Changes
Upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.10.
