Enterprise Command Center (ECC) Dashboards At Peak Load Frequently Unavailable And Display "Service Temporarily Unavailable. The server is currently unable to handle the request" Error (Doc ID 2948305.1)

When trying to access the Enterprise Command Center (ECC) Dashboards to check on the data, the dashboards frequently becomes unavailable and shows below errors in the UI:

Service Temporarily Unavailable
The server is currently unable to handle the request due to a temporary overloading or maintenance of the server.

This is how the error will show up in the UI:



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Install the Enterprise Command Center (ECC) using steps from Doc ID: 2495053.1

2. Access the ECC Dashboards

3. Check to see if the ECC Dashboard is loading properly at all times.
