Symptoms

When attempting run AutoCreate Configuration items concurrent program for a sales order
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
User Defined Exception

"Failed in stmt 114 with error: User-Defined Exception
create_in_src_orgs: expected error::114::User-Defined Exception"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management responsibility
2. View Requests>Autocrearte Configuration Items
3. Enter Sales Order Number and Organization and submit
4. Notice the error in log file
