Future Pay Sweep Sweeping To Stream that have no Sequence Number assigned in the Cash Application Rule in Error (Doc ID 2948512.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Find that some streams such as Early Term Fee are not assigned a sequence number in the Cash Application Rule page, however, the Future Pay Sweep process is still sweeping to the open invoice for those streams.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
This stream is in the cash app hierarchy has not been assigned a sequence number. The expectation is to prevent the funds from sweeping to those open invoices.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to AR Cash Applications responsibility.
2. Navigate to Receipts >> Receipt.
3. Query Receipt.
4. Click on Apply.
5. Apply to Open Invoice but do not apply to Early Term Fee.
Amount remains in Unapplied that needs to be placed On Account.
6. Save Changes.
7. Navigate to OLFM Lease Search Manual Receipts.
8. Query Receipt and click on receipt hyperlink.
9. Click Update and check the box for Enable Future Pay.
10. Apply to save changes.
11. Click Update again and add the contract to future pay allocation for remaining amount in unapplied and do not select stream.
12. Save Changes.
13. Navigate to Lease administrator responsibility and run Future Pay Sweep Program.
Enter Customer Number and Receipt number you want to move to future pay.
Click Ok.
Program completes and sweeps to open invoice Early Term Fee that is open even though this stream is not assigned a Sequence Number in the Payment Hierarchy.
