Applying the patches through ADOP.

Patch 31817501 (Consolidated patch for EBS System Schema Migration)
Patch 34569659 (EBS System Schema Migration: Bundle 1 on top of 31817501:12.2.0)

1. After executing, adop phase=apply patches=31817501,34569659 merge=yes, it ran for one hour and receive the error while applying the consolidation patches.

The patch log shows the following error.

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

pa forms/US PAXPREPR.fmx

An error occurred while generating Oracle Forms files.
