Symptoms
After upgraded from 12.1.3 to 12.2, when attempting to open attachments in the journal entry form, the following error is encountered.
Frm-40735: When-Button-Pressed Trigger Raised Unhandled Exception Ora-06502
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to the General Ledger Responsibility.
2. Go to Journal > Entry.
3. Search for the journal.
4. Click on the Attachments icon.
Changes
Oracle Applications upgraded from 12.1.3 to 12.2 and database upgraded from 12C to 19C.
